Intake & inspection
Every garment is checked in the moment it comes across the counter. We note fabric type, existing stains, missing buttons, and anything else that needs a heads-up before cleaning — and we tell you upfront if a spot might not fully lift.
Tagging & sorting
Each piece gets a barcode tag tied to your ticket, then is sorted by fabric and color so the right cleaning cycle is used every time. Delicates never see the same handling as denim.
Spot treatment
Stains are treated by hand with the right agent for the fabric — protein, oil, tannin, or ink each get a different approach. This is the step that separates real dry cleaning from a coin-op washer.
Gentle clean on our Presso system
We clean in-house on our Presso system — a modern, skin-safe process that uses no perc and no toxic solvents. Your garments come out cleaner with no chemical smell.
Hand-press, hang & finish
Each piece is hand-pressed, hung on a solid hanger, and finished with a plastic garment cover tied with our signature black ribbon. Ready for pickup, or for our driver to deliver to your door.
