Your first pickup, from bag to doorstep.

Pick your pickup time.

Click the Schedule Pickup button on the site (or call us at (786) 655-0404). You'll pick a service — usually wash & fold or dry cleaning — and choose a pickup window that works for you. Pickups run as early as 7 AM and as late as 8 PM, seven days a week.

Any bag works.

For wash & fold, just toss everything you want washed into any bag — laundry hamper liner, a big tote, a spare pillowcase, even a trash bag. Don't sort by color or type; we do that. Empty pockets, close zippers, and if a garment needs a specific detergent or a cold wash, drop a note on the bag or on the booking.

For dry cleaning, put those pieces in a separate bag inside, or tell us at pickup which items are dry-clean. We'll price them by piece at the shop.

You don't need to be home.

Most customers leave the bag on the porch, at the front desk, or with a doorman. Our driver grabs it during your window, weighs it back at the shop, and sends you a confirmation with the price. You approve, we wash.

Back the next day.

Wash & fold and dry cleaning come back next-day (same-day for early pickups). Your clothes arrive folded, tied with our black ribbon, and gently scented with our Signature Scent — or fragrance-free if you prefer. Payment happens through Cents on your phone. That's it.
